NextStage AM supports the development of Solstyce, French leader in energy transition for companies, supported by Bpifrance
Paris, September 15, 2021 - NextStage AM announces the fourth investment of its FPCI NextStage Championnes III in Solstyce, the one-stop shop for energy transition and environmental innovation in France, through its photovoltaic, electric mobility, insulation and waterproofing activities roofs, and carbon performance. This operation, for a total amount of 13,3 million euros, was supported by Bpifrance, which is investing through its France Investissement Energie Environnement (FIEE) fund.
Created in 2009, Solstyce has become the unique entry point to support large companies in their energy transition from consulting (carbon footprint and definition of the strategy aimed at achieving carbon neutrality), to the deployment of both solutions photovoltaic, insulation and charging stations for electric vehicles. The group has thus developed in engineering, works and maintenance around four activities:
- Photovoltaic (Solstice): complex, high-tech turnkey projects for the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roofs and facades of buildings;
- Electric mobility (Mobilize Power Solutions): from master plans to turnkey solutions for the installation and operation of charging stations for electric vehicles;
- Sealing (Enerpur Sealing): installation, upkeep and maintenance of complete waterproofing solutions for roofs and innovative and connected solutions
- Carbon performance (Pink Strategy): support for industrial players in their low carbon strategy (carbon footprint, performance, certification).
Engineering is at the heart of the group's offer and enables all the businesses developed by Solstyce to go as far as erasing the carbon and energy footprint of its customers.
The company also offers innovative financing arrangements for projects to further simplify their implementation.
The group is also the co-owner and operator of photovoltaic power plants on behalf of major donors. The Solstyce group has a strong reputation in France thanks to emblematic achievements such as the Duo towers and the new Palais de Justice in Paris or the Danube Tower in Strasbourg, which reinforce the promise of a sustainable future within cities and smart cities.

The Solstyce group aims to achieve a turnover of 35 million euros and to employ around one hundred people in 2022.
