DISCLOSURE
NextStage AM implements the Disclosure regulation:
In accordance with European Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 “Sustainable Finance Disclosure Reporting” (SFDR), known as “Disclosure Regulation”, NextStage AM has formalized a sustainability policy in line with its long-standing ESG commitment. Our new sustainability policy details how sustainability risks are taken into account in our investment decision process and across our business. The pre-contractual documentation of the funds has thus been amended to take into account the consequences in terms of transparency and information. The expectations of article 29 of the Energy Climate Law have also been incorporated.
