Port Adhoc is a marina operator in Europe currently managing 13 sites in France and the Netherlands. French leader in parking, the Group is one of the very first private players in the management of marinas. The company Port Adhoc was created in 2004 by a group of investors/entrepreneurs in order to respond to the recurring and structural lack of port berths in France. Over the last 10 years, Port Adhoc has demonstrated its ability to successfully integrate its acquisitions and maintain a high occupancy rate with a significant renewal rate, thus offering significant recurrence and visibility on the development of its activity.

Gilles Tersis, 65, has been an officer and director of Phillimore Investissement since its creation. He previously founded and led an office supplies distribution group. Since 2004, he has held the Presidency of Port Adhoc. He leads the project team and takes care of relations and consultations with the actors involved (Communities, Prefecture, Professionals, etc.).

Stéphane Audoynaud, 45, Arts & Métiers engineer and MS ESSEC graduate, worked for 5 years in private equity funds in New York then in Paris before joining Port Adhoc where he is responsible for administrative and financial aspects, engineering and monitoring of site development.
