Founded in 1984, Aasset Security International (ASI) was an independent European specialist in video surveillance solutions with a presence in France, England, Germany, Italy, and more widely in EMEA through its distributors.

In 2012, Aasset Security International joined forces with TKH Group while NextStage AM left its capital.
