Partnerships with “Sport dans la Ville”, with hospital centers or even with “Clean Climber France” in order to create the first French sector for recycling climbing shoes… Elie Craipeau, Director of Sustainable Development at Arkose, dives into the heart of these fascinating subjects in our podcast “Words from entrepreneurs”. He was also able to review the evolution of the ESG initiatives implemented at Arkose and the support of his teams by NextStage AM since 2018.
Founded in 2013, the Arkose group develops urban and eco-responsible living spaces designed around the practice of bouldering. The group combines its climbing lofts with a set of related activities to offer a global offering called “Arkose & co” (restaurant and yoga spaces, kids zones, climbing shops, but also a brand of climbing equipment and clothing via its subsidiary Snap and local breweries via its subsidiary Oskare).
The group currently operates 23 establishments welcoming more than 150.000 monthly visitors in 14 cities but also in Belgium and Spain.
