Aloys de Fontaines joined NextStage AM in June 2008. He has since supported nearly 15 portfolio companies to support them in their development projects, in particular through the achievement of more than 20 external growths. Aloys is a member of the supervisory committee of the Vulcain group, the HTI group and Lease Protect.
Previously, Aloys worked at JP Morgan in Paris in M&A in the Small-Cap and Family Groups segment, as well as at Oddo Securities as a Mid-Cap financial analyst. Aloys graduated from EM Lyon.
