In a recent survey for Les Echos, Laurence Boccara takes an overview of the best investments that allow a tax reduction, in particular certain private equity funds.
Jean-David Haas, general manager of NextStage AM, emphasizes that collective supports such as FPCIs, reserved for informed investors, offer access to their capital with entry tickets of around 100 euros. In addition, some of these vehicles, notably the FPCI NextStage Capital Entrepreneur II, benefit from eligibility for the 000-150 B ter mechanism of the CGI, allowing managers who have sold their business and reinvested part of their funds to defer their tax on added value.
