The Irbis Finance, Linxea and Irbis Solutions group, led by Antoine Delon and Yves Conan, and supported since 2015 by NextStage AM and MI3, opens its capital to IK Partners in order to accelerate the new stages of its development. The operation is subject to the approval of the AMF.
In 20 years, Linxea has established itself as the first independent online platform for the distribution of savings products in France. Led since 2015 by the two entrepreneurs Antoine Delon and Yves Conan, Linxea has experienced very strong growth with the support of NextStage AM and MI3. The platform has grown from 20 clients and €000 million in assets under management in 800 to 2015 clients and €90 billion in assets under management today. The group has thus multiplied its income by 000 in just 2,8 years. In a difficult economic environment, the results for 10 show the solidity and relevance of the platform developed by the Linxea teams with record inflows of 7 million euros in 2022 and the acquisition of more than 600 new customers .
Irbis Solutions has also established itself as one of the leaders in France in the design of structured products distributed via a network of CGPs, private and institutional banks. Indeed, positioned in an asset class particularly in demand in these times of high market volatility, 2022 was a very active year for the Irbis Solutions team, which exceeded one billion euros in transactions. The group is also taking advantage of its digital skills to strengthen its range of services and in particular to develop new functionalities of the Irbis Map tool.
The entry of IK Partners as a minority shareholder in the group's capital enables a new stage in its development to begin. A first step taken since 2015, with a platform that has completely dematerialized its services under the aegis of Tiphaine de Labarre, Chief Product Officer. With the ambition to continuously improve the platform and offer new services, the group is now accelerating the strengthening of its teams. As such, three new talents have joined Linxea since the beginning of the year: Vincent Riffier, as Chief Technology Officer, Michaël Turjeman as Director of Operations and Sébastien Raphanaud as Director of the Heritage Division.
This operation is also an opportunity for Antoine Delon and Yves Conan to confirm their Management Committee extended to three Managing Directors, Stanislas de Vasselot, in charge of the group's development and finance, Clément Lemaire, in charge of Irbis Solutions, and Diane Larramedy, in charge of digital.
