NextStage announces the completion of an investment alongside the entrepreneurs of the Lease Protect Group.
Created in September 2009, the Lease Protect Group specializes in the provision of services, installation and maintenance of systems to fight against shrinkage; activity based in particular on video surveillance systems and security gates and customer counting.
The Lease Protect Group has been able to develop real expertise in solutions dedicated to small and medium-sized structures - like independents in the distribution sector - to which it offers an innovative, flexible, and responsive offer that combines advice on shrinkage, equipment rental, and remote maintenance of connected equipment.
NextStage wished to join forces with the entrepreneurs of the Lease Protect Group - Patrick Lascar and Mikaël Choucroun - in order to enable them to accelerate their development project in a rapidly growing market, which presents significant opportunities for diversification.
Indeed, present in 6 large French cities (Marseille, Lyon, Paris, Rouen, Lille and Bordeaux), the group now wishes to expand its national network and diversify its range of products and services.
