Paris, France, September 9, 2018 - NextStage, investment company listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris (ISIN: FR0012789386, Ticker: NEXTS), specialist in long-term investment announces today that it has acquired a majority stake in the capital alongside its founders who retain control in Atream, independent leader in the management of funds in tourist real estate for institutional and individual clients.
Created 10 years ago under the leadership of its founding directors Pascal Savary and Grégory Soppelsa, Atream now manages more than 1,5 billion euros in assets, mainly in tourist real estate. From the outset, Atream chose to specialize in this segment of tourism and to structure a dedicated team of experienced investors, offering unique expertise at the service of large institutional investors within the framework of long-term partnerships.
Building on the success of its institutional offer, Atream initiated in 2015 an opening towards the general public to allow individual savers to benefit from the opportunities of tourist real estate, one of the most profitable segments of the real estate market.
