NextStage announces the sale of its stake in ACR Group capital to Autodistribution after having supported it in its development since 2010.
ACR-Group is a multi-specialist distributor of automotive spare parts in France co-founded by Alain Justine and Jean Rousseau; which has succeeded in establishing itself in 20 years as one of the leaders thanks to its in-depth technical expertise in braking parts and rotating machines (alternators, starters).
Next Stage joined the development of the ACR Group in June 2010 through an investment of 8,2 million euros as part of a primary operation.
NextStage is now passing the baton to Autodistribution after supporting the development plan which has enabled ACR Group to become a strategic player in its sector and to double its turnover in four years.
Indeed, with the support of NextStage since 2010, ACR Group has been able to accelerate the completion of a national logistics and services organization, with:
- the establishment and strengthening of partnerships with the world's largest equipment manufacturers,
- the constitution of a territorial network around9 logistics platforms allowing H + 4 deliveries to customers,
- a structuring investment in its central Gennevilliers platform, which now has state-of-the-art logistics facilities.
