Lyon, April 26, 2018 - NextStage AM is partnering with Renaud Sornin, co-founder and Chairman, and Romain Benoit, Managing Director, to support the development in France and Europe of Legal Attestation, a digital platform for managing the administrative file of companies. The investment of funds managed by NextStage AM of nearly € 4,0m is part of a total financing round of € 5,0m.
Co-founded at the end of 2010 by Renaud Sornin, Attestation Légale launched in 2012 a platform for sharing BtoB documents in SaaS mode allowing each company to put online “once and for all” (“ Once for all ") Its single administrative file. Each company can then make its file visible to all the contractors with whom it works.
Well anchored in the French construction market, where it now occupies a benchmark, the Legal Attestation platform is a collaborative information and service tool that collects, digitizes, authenticates, archives and secures all parts. administrative (legal, financial, social and legal) necessary for a good relationship between "contractors" and "suppliers". Thanks to this online platform, the daily life of companies is simplified, their customer-supplier relationships are secure and sustainable. Today, the company has more than 23 corporate clients, 000 contractors and 12 users. 000 companies or principals join the network every week. On the occasion of this fundraising, the funds managed by NextStage AM invest nearly € 4,0m, including € 3,0m in equity. The Legal Attestation employees are also investing a total of € 600k as part of this operation.
Thanks to this fundraising, Attestation Légale aims to continue its strong growth around three main objectives: the pursuit of diversification into other vertical businesses outside of the construction industry (transport, environment, energy, etc.), innovation and finally, the acceleration of internationalization. On this last aspect, Attestation Légale aims to deploy its know-how on a European scale. Its objective: to connect and simplify the administrative procedures of companies in Europe, initially in Germany and Spain. In Germany, an operation of Joint venture is underway and a plan to acquire a stake with a Spanish company should be finalized within a few weeks.
