
Paris, January 29, 2019 - NextStage AM announces reinvesting € 3m alongside Patrick Lascar and Mikaël Choucroun, co-founding entrepreneurs and majority shareholders of the Lease Protect Group, with the support of Andera Partners via its ActoMezz franchise, in order to pursue the development of the Group, a leader in solutions to fight shrinkage for companies.
Created in 2009, the Lease Protect Group specializes in security solutions to combat shrinkage; an activity which is based in particular on the rental, installation and maintenance of video surveillance systems, security gates and customer counting. The group has developed a wide range of flexible and innovative solutions (rental, remote maintenance, personalized remote video audit, etc.) which is aimed at both small and medium-sized businesses and large accounts such as Sephora, Sport 2000 or IKKS.
The Lease Protect Group operates throughout the country thanks to its 9 branches and has set up more than 5.000 sites in France. It now employs more than 120 people for a consolidated turnover of more than 18 million euros in 2018.
NextStage AM has been supporting entrepreneurs - Patrick Lascar and Mikaël Choucroun - since 2014 in their strategy to accelerate their development, focusing in particular on strengthening their national network with the opening of four new agencies in Bordeaux (2014), Strasbourg (2015 ), Rennes (2016) and Grenoble (2018).
NextStage AM also supported the Lease Protect Group in the implementation of its external growth strategy, and the completion of its first acquisition in 2016 - the company Adamis -; which made it possible to significantly diversify the group's service offering and to create the second independent player specializing in the fight against shrinkage on the French market.
Today, with the reinvestment of NextStage AM and the arrival of a new investor - Andera Partners / ActoMezz -, entrepreneurs are strengthening their participation in the Group's capital and giving it the means to take a new step after years of growth. sustained.
