NextStageAM au1er half-year raised € 43,6 million, made 6 exits and 2 new investments
In the last 6 months, NextStageAM made 2 new investments for a total amount of € 6,1 million in Chatelard (Design, manufacture and distribution of lavender-based products and scents of Provence) and Efeso Consulting (Partners in action, strategy and management consulting firm ).
At the same time, NextStageAM carried out 6 total or partial disposals for an amount of € 38,5 million, among them, Vulcain (Specialist in fire safety) and Pinette Emidecau Industrie (Aeronautics, space and defense market, automotive and energy).
NextStage Croissance, the first opportunity to invest in life insurance under unit-linked (UC) private equity contracts launched by AXA with NextStageAM
AXA and NextStageAM have set up NextStage Croissance, the 1st unit of account (UC) in private equity within the framework of a life insurance contract, which allows to benefit from the provisions of article 137 of the Law for growth, activity and equal economic opportunities (August 6, 2015). This new vehicle from NextStageAM was officially launched in Bercy on July 5 with Messrs Emmanuel Macron, Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital, and Thomas Buberl, CEO of AXA. With this new vehicle, NextStageAM reaffirms the importance of the orientation of French long-term savings in the real economy.

In addition, NextStage, the long-term investment holding company in medium-sized growth companies which now has 7 investments, increased its capital to € 117 million. NextStageAM raised € 20,7 million through its FCPI FIP range. The 2016 ISF collection is up 16% compared to 2015.
