NextStage AM launches its new investment solution for large private investors, the FPCI NextStage Capital Entrepreneur II
Paris, June 21, 2022 – NextStage AM, one of the pioneers and leaders in Growth Capital in France, today announces the launch of its new solution for large private investors, the FPCI NextStage Capital Entrepreneur II, eligible for the disposal contribution mechanism 150-0 B ter. This new vehicle follows the success of the first NextStage Capital Entrepreneur FPCI, part of the Championnes Investment Program, labeled Relance, with a size of €135 million which has benefited from the support of many major institutional and private investors and which has convinced more of 115 Entrepreneurs-Investors. In addition, at the end of May 2022, the Championnes investment program had already deployed nearly 55% of the funds raised.
The NextStage Capital Entrepreneur II FPCI meets the allocation needs of major private equity investors. The FPCI NextStage Capital Entrepreneur II may be part of a co-investment perspective with the institutional offer of NextStage AM (Programme Champions and Pépites & Territoires by AXA & NextStage AM). The vehicle thus gives entrepreneurs and major private investors the opportunity to collaborate with renowned institutional investors.
The FPCI NextStage Capital Entrepreneur II, which can be subscribed until December 31, 2023, will constitute a diversified portfolio of unlisted companies, mainly French, in strong growth, with a proven business model and generating between 5 and 500 M€ in turnover. . The vehicle will mainly invest in 3 major themes: digital, smart health, and environmental innovation. The NextStage Capital Entrepreneur II FPCI will have a lifespan of 7 years, extendable 3 times 1 year. This solution, eligible for 150-0 B ter, is also intended to enable sellers of companies to optimize their taxation and continue their entrepreneurial impact.
The previous vintage, the first FPCI NextStage Capital Entrepreneur (I), convinced more than 115 entrepreneurs to join the Champion Investment Program. In addition, NextStage AM's investment teams were able to quickly deploy more than 55% of the vehicle's assets in growth SMEs and ETIs, just 2 years after its creation. Beyond the financial aspects, investors were won over by the possibility of joining NextStage AM's Capital-Entrepreneur Club and thus benefit from specific monitoring throughout their subscription.
