A solid momentum for our investment platform: fundraising, investments and performance

The teams made 10 investments out of 300 opportunities received: Placeshaker (a platform specializing in works and renovations for individuals), Eurobio Scientific (a major French player in the field of in vitro diagnostics), Wolf Lingerie (a French lingerie company), Mathematic (French specialist in the creation of visual effects and 3D animation), Adopt Parfums (creator of perfumes), Infolegale (platform as a service for controlling third-party risks), Mondial Piscine (builder and installer of swimming pools), Javelot (the digital expert in the storage of agricultural raw materials), Skipper NDT (creator of predictive maintenance technology for pipelines) and Port Adhoc (operator of marinas in Europe). In the real estate segment, 12 programs were financed, including a significant equity investment in the Pierre & Vacances – Center Parcs Group.
Alongside these investments, 4 disposals were carried out by the NextStage AM teams: Coorpacademy (European leader in MOOCs for businesses), WiiSmile (all-in-one solutions designed to promote employee engagement), Glass Partners Solutions (specialist in innovative glass for buildings) and Reflectiv (European leader in the design and distribution of adhesive films for windows). These exits complete the list of successful disposals by NextStage AM, which since 2020 has posted a multiple and an average IRR of 3,06x and 29,4% respectively.
“We are very proud of our teams, who were able to demonstrate selectivity in supporting 10 new SMEs and ETIs, and pragmatism in carrying out 4 significant disposals. These entrepreneurs are part of the disruptions of tomorrow (smart health, environmental and digital innovation) and have all the cards in hand to become champions on a European and global scale", comments Grégoire Sentilhes, President of NextStage. AM.
As a pioneer, NextStage AM strengthens its position in the democratization of Private Equity
Several initiatives are part of the dynamics of democratization of the Private Equity asset class initiated by NextStage AM in 2002. Among them, NextStage Croissance, 1st Private Equity Account Unit, which ranks 1st in terms of performance over 2022 among the Private Equity solutions eligible for Life Insurance, thanks to the success of the OPE/OPA carried out by NextStage Evergreen on NextStage SCA (NEXTS). NextStage Capital Entrepreneur reemployment solutions have been referenced among a large number of leading banking players. The launch of the solution eligible for reuse on behalf of Amundi managed by NextStage AM was also a success, while Pépites & Territoires achieved its investment objectives with 28 companies invested since its launch in June 2021. program will be marketed to AXA customers very soon.
This offer, which also includes institutional (FPCI) and tax (FCPI) solutions, is among the broadest on the market and allows NextStage AM to address all types of investors by covering the investment needs of its clients from €1 to €000m €.
