The teams from AXA France Sud-Est and NextStage AM were in Montmélian at the premises of WiiSmile, THE solution for employee engagement dedicated to SMEs.
WiiSmile was created in 2001 and offers VSEs and SMEs the opportunity to promote the sustainable commitment of their employees by improving their quality of life and that of their families. The company has developed an all-in-one SaaS platform allowing SME managers to manage the non-compensation employee benefits of their employees.
This visit, part of the Pépites et Territoires by AXA France & NextStage AM investment program, was an opportunity for AXA to meet all the WiiSmile teams led by Sylvain Bianchini, Brice Bonnaigue and Jerome BOURDON. A very nice SME with +150 employees.
