The Irbis group is made up of a Distribution division whose spearhead is Linxea, and a Production division whose main activity is Irbis Solutions, expert in structured products.
Linxea is a digital platform dedicated to the distribution of savings products targeting retail mass market customers. Its success is based on a unique value proposition, built around a 100% digital subscription process, personalized advice as well as a competitive product offering (7 AV and PER contracts). Linxea is notably recognized for being the first online broker to have offered management fees reduced to 0,6% on UC.
The Linxea teams are committed to 3 missions:
- Select the best savings products;
- Advise the most suitable solutions;
- Support its clients over the long term in monitoring their savings.
In 2016, Antoine Delon and Yves Conan created Irbis Solutions, a structured product design activity distributed via a network of 130 CGPs, private banks and institutions. It is today one of the main independent players in this asset class.

Biography
Antoine has 18 years of experience in the financial markets.
After 10 years at Société Générale as Head of equity derivatives activities on the French retail market, he joined Morgan Stanley to develop the structured products activity for retail and institutional clients. With his perfect knowledge of savings on the French market, he participated in the takeover of Linxea in 2015 with two partners, and launched Irbis Solutions in 2016.

Biography
Yves has 17 years of experience in the financial markets.
After 6 years at Banque Transatlantique as a private banker, he became Head of structured product distribution to family offices in a new derivatives franchise on the French market for the bank Morgan Stanley before participating in the takeover of Linxea in 2015. He launched Irbis Solutions alongside Antoine Delon in 2016.
