Created in 2008, Infolegale is a publisher of solutions specializing in commercial information for businesses. It offers a full SaaS subscription platform to B2B customers and a suite of solutions allowing its customers to assess, anticipate and control solvency, fraud and compliance risks in the context of their business relationships.
This suite revolves around 4 types of customer needs: measuring their solvency, evaluating their compliance, improving their marketing performance and integrating data.
Following the entry of NextStage into its capital, Infolegale acquired Covline, a SaaS software publisher based in Strasbourg whose positioning in the credit management allows the group to diversify its activities in customer management.

Bertrand Laffay
Co-founder & Managing DirectorBertrand has spent most of his career in banking, having notably worked for more than 8 years at Crédit Agricole as Regional Director. He also founded a Fintech SisID which is part of the Infolegal constellation.
