AudioValley announces the appointment of Brian Benedik, recognized leader in the world of digital audio monetization, as Strategic Advisor.A graduate of Syracuse University and the Columbia University Executive Program, Brian is a seasoned international expert in the field of digital audio. He notably held the functions of Global Chief Revenue Officer for Spotify, a world leader in audio streaming, where he worked between 2013 and 2019. Prior to joining Spotify, Brian held various management positions with major leading US audio companies such as iHeart Media, Clear Channel or Katz Media Group, a media representation company where he started his career in 1993 before returning later in 2008 as founder and president of Katz Digital, one of the very first digital audio platforms. Since 2019 Brian has also worked with audiobook leader Audible, podcast specialist Sounder.fm, before joining this year as VP Global Revenue video game company, Niantic Labs, a leading augmented reality content platform.
